Dr Marion Hercock, adjunct research fellow at UWA, will explain the origins of the proposal to divide Australians on the basis of race.
Dr Augusto Zimmermann, Professor and Head of Law at Sheridan Institute of Higher Education, adjunct law professor at Notre Dame Law School Sydney, and a former Law reform Commissioner for WA.
